Hi! I'm Suz.
Energy Healer, Channel, and Empowerment Coach
It has been over twenty years since I started my healing journey. I, like so many, have lived through trauma and isolation, while also having disabilities and neurodivergence. As a result, I developed a very low sense of self-worth, and I wondered if I'd ever be able to truly make a difference in people's lives, or serve and contribute to a community. I was pulled forward with the hope that life had to get better, and that we weren't meant to just suffer. This was a call from my soul, and it put me on a path to wellness, empowerment, self appreciation, meaning, and fulfillment.
Now, I help others along their unique journey to do the same. Because, aren't we all seeking for more? Why settle when you can consciously create something exquisite? Each of us has our own inner guidance, but we can lose touch with it when we learn, as most of us do, not to trust it. At the core of what I do, is get you back in touch with your own wisdom, so you can take the remember your perfection, and rediscover the amazing life that is waiting for you!

What is the difference between coaching and energy healing?
In a coaching package, I'll help you work on the somatic, emotional, mental, behavioral, and unconscious levels to help you bust through blocks and create a life you love!
Energy Healing is about clearing stuck energy that has been stored in your physical and energetic bodies due to stress or trauma.
