Nice to Meet You. I'm Suz

I am a mother of two amazing adult children, and my passions in life are people, spirituality, growth, and learning.

 

I have worked with many amazing coaches and healers, and graduated from two energy healing modalities (Life Force Energy Healing and Geo Love Healing) and one coaching method (Institute for Coaching Mastery). I also intuitively learned how to channel, and have developed that skill over years of practice. I have recovered from PTSD, and the bipolar disorder, MDD, and GAD I had are all in remission. I have learned to work with being AuDHD, and to really appreciate my neurotype. Your challenges and recovery may look different, but everyone has things in their lives that can be vastly improved! And most of us could stand to value ourselves a bit more.
